	As MŞB Construction, we aware of highest level & serious effect of the riskies as probably working accident, personal injury and damages in the labour intensive, dynamic, high speed, permanently changing working environment of construction business line.
	In the spite of the highest accident & injury riskies of our business line, we as administration, believe that preventing of the working accidents, industrial diseases & damages by social acknowledgement, endeavor & commitment. Because of this, we are totally engaging our duty of social responsibility as working health and safety, environment, quality and productivity.
	In this responsibility, our company will be manage according to international working health & safety rules, workable standards, directions and management systems for getting all employees’ working health and safety and integrated our management systems. We will control and check our management systems as well as once a year make revisions. These revisions will be share by our employees and suppliers.

	MŞB Construction is established by Mustafa Şafak BARAN in 1999 at Izmir for design consultancy works. From the establishment, the company becomes popular for the big and serious project with attentive works and strong technical staff.
	MŞB Construction is preferred by customers with delivering on time and responded their expectations works. So institutional companyies as Vestel, Philsa, JTI become continues customer group for MŞB Construction
	For responding customers’ satisfaction, we are renewing and developing ourselves according to technological improvements, and making educational facilities for our staff.
	MŞB Construction, for reaching quality assurance and obligations, develop knowledge, human, financial, producing and service resources with working discipline. Since 2003, every year awarded by Aegean region chamber of industry for employment quantities. Like that since 2003, every year awarded by Izmir chamber of commerce for satisfaction and contribution to Turkish economy.
	For conserving and developing place in the construction sector, working with total quality management system. So;
	•Certificated by ISO 9001:2000 quality management system in February 2006 •Certificated by OHSAS 18001 occupational health and safety management system in June 2006 •Certificated by ISO 14001 environmental management system in April 2007
	OUR ENVIRONMENT POLICY Standards which are designed by related all statue and implementing regulations, put in practice. Using natural sources reduce and in possibly we prefer using reuse and recylce materials. We minimize our waste product in applicable fields and conditions for reducing and preventing of pollution. In investment decisions, we notice the environmental effects. We act carefully for the environmental effects in our all activities. Environmental management system is developed and achieved as actual and active. Emergency condition riskies are tried to reduce. About protection of environment, all employees take education. ISO 14001 Environmental Management system’s all requirements are done. We advise the subject of our environmental management system and its applications to third persons (parties) related to our business and our material, service suppliers.
